Warranty Terms & Conditions

RAYA for Trade and Distribution guarantees the products manufactured by Silicon Valley for Electronic Industries under the brand name AllCall.

Warranty Period: 12 months starting from the date of the warranty certificate issuance or the purchase date recorded on the tax invoice.

Coverage Includes: Spare parts and software.

Scope of Warranty: The warranty covers device malfunctions resulting from manufacturing defects.

Battery Warranty: The battery is covered for a period of 6 months only.

Exclusions: * The warranty does not cover accessories (peripherals).

The warranty does not cover malfunctions caused by misuse or improper handling.

  • Exclusions (What is NOT covered):
    • The warranty does not cover damage resulting from:
      • Physical breakage or impact.
      • Exposure to liquids, moisture, or water vapor.
      • Power surges or high electrical current.
      • The use of non-original accessories.
  • Technical Inspection:
    • The final assessment and technical judgment of the device's condition are strictly determined by Authorized Service Centers.
  • Note: The warranty certificate must be presented with the device along with the original purchase invoice throughout the warranty period.

  • Thank you for choosing an AllCall phone. This mobile phone comes with a comprehensive warranty against manufacturing or design defects provided by Vision Trading and Distribution Company.

1-If the same malfunction that affects the device’s performance occurs more than twice during the warranty period, the device will be replaced with a new one including all accessories (free of charge), or the device may be returned and its value refunded as stated in the original purchase invoice.

2- The device will be replaced with a new one free of charge if a manufacturing defect is discovered that prevents the continuation of the warranty period without the phone’s basic function.

3- If the device remains in maintenance for more than 21 days due to the inability to repair it or because the required spare parts are unavailable, the device will be replaced with a new one, and the warranty period will be extended by 30 days.

4- In all cases where the device is replaced with a new one, the warranty period will be extended by 30 days.

5- If any spare part is replaced during the warranty period, the warranty for the replaced part will be 6 months from the date the device is received, or until the end of the original warranty period, whichever is longer.

6- If the user opens, repairs, or tampers with the device, its operating components, or the applications installed by the manufacturer, the warranty will be void.

If it is proven that the consumer has misused the device during the warranty period, the damaged part will be replaced at the consumer’s expense. The warranty will not apply to the replaced part, and the warranty period for the replaced part will be 6 months from the date of repair completion or until the end of the original warranty period, whichever is longer.

The manufacturer and its authorized agent must provide spare parts for the sold devices at the user’s expense for a period of no less than two years after the warranty period ends.

If the required spare part is not available within a maximum of 30 days from the date the device enters maintenance, the device will be replaced with a new one after the customer pays the cost of the damaged spare part.

In the case of repair, the warranty period for the replaced spare part will be 6 months from the date the repair is completed.
