The warranty does not cover damages resulting from:

  • Exposure of the device to any form of misuse, excessive humidity or water, extreme temperatures, high electrical current, liquids, or physical damage such as breakage.
  • Attempting to open, repair, or modify the operating system of the device outside an authorized service center.

Removing or altering the device’s serial number or its accessories, or any modification or tampering with the warranty certificate.

Using non-original accessories or attachments.

Authorized Service Center

If there is any defect in the device affecting its performance (including software malfunctions related to the operating system and applications installed by the manufacturer) or if the device does not match the stated specifications, the consumer has the right within 30 days from the date of purchase to replace the device with a new one including all accessories (free of charge) or return it and receive a full refund of the value stated in the purchase invoice, without any additional cost to the consumer, within one week from the date the consumer contacts the agent, the manufacturer, or their service centers.

Replacement Policy:

  • The consumer has the right to replace the device (free of charge) or return it and receive a full refund of the value stated in the purchase invoice without any defect or giving any reason, and without bearing any expenses within 14 days from the date of purchase, provided that the device is in its original condition, including
